Our project in Oakville involved a service call prompted by a concerned client who had spotted a skunk in their backyard and urgently requested its removal. Upon dispatching our technician, it was discovered that a family of skunks had made a nest underneath the client’s deck. To ensure a humane and effective solution, our technician carefully removed the baby skunks from the nest, placing them in the backyard. Subsequently, the technician installed an L-shaped screening barrier around the deck to prevent animals from nesting under it in the future. The heartening part of this project was that, after a while, the mother skunk returned and safely relocated her babies to a new nest, leaving the client delighted with the successful skunk removal and humane approach to handling the situation.
