We were called when a raccoon nested in a chimney in Markham with her babies and our client couldn’t sleep for a week because of their noises. We removed babies from the fire pace and left them outside. After an hour the mother came out from the chimney to get babies. So we secured the chimney to prevent raccoons from nesting.
