Sometimes raccoons find their way to attics by tearing the soffit where building materials join. On this project, our client who lived in Markham asked us to remove the raccoon from their attic. After inspection, we found out the raccoon got to the attic by the gap which was in soffit. We installed a one-way door and screening. One way door is one of the best ways for raccoon removal, It let the raccoon exit and prevented it from getting back in.
