Our project involved responding to a distressed client reporting heavy walking noises from their roof in Vaughan, indicative of a potential raccoon infestation. Upon inspection, our technician identified an entry hole over the soffit, likely the point of entry for the raccoons. To address this, a one-way door was installed to allow the raccoons to exit but not re-enter. Additionally, the technician identified other vulnerable areas where raccoons could cause damage and potentially make new entry points.
