Our project involved swiftly and effectively resolving a raccoon infestation in a client’s attic in North York. The client initially contacted us after experiencing persistent noise from their attic, following a repair by a roofer to fix a damaged vent. Our technician promptly investigated and discovered a raccoon nesting inside the attic. To address the issue, he installed a one-way door over the vent, allowing the raccoon to exit but preventing re-entry. After ensuring the raccoon had left, our technician removed the one-way door, reinstalled the vent, and reinforced it with galvanized wire mesh to prevent future intrusions. This solution resolved the immediate issue and provided a long-term safeguard against wildlife entry, ensuring the client’s peace of mind.
