Our client contacted us after hearing persistent scratching and running noises coming from their attic, particularly during the early mornings and evenings — a common sign of squirrel activity. We responded on the same day and sent one of our highly trained technicians to inspect the property. Upon inspection, the technician discovered an active squirrel entry point along the roofline. There were chew marks, nesting debris, and clear movement noises confirming that squirrels had made their way inside the attic.
To resolve the issue, our technician installed a one-way door over the entry hole, allowing the squirrel to exit safely without being able to re-enter. To ensure long-term protection, he also screened and reinforced the roofline using heavy-duty galvanized wire mesh, preventing future attempts by squirrels or other wildlife to chew through or enter the attic.
Within just one day, the squirrel safely exited through the one-way door and did not return. We then returned to remove the door and permanently seal the opening.
