We received a call when our client was hearing Heavy walking noises from an attic in Scarborough during the night and asked us to help them get rid of it. We inspected the house and found a big entry hole over the shingles on the roof. We installed a one-way door over the hole that allows the raccoon to exit and never get back in, we also secured the area with galvanized wire mesh to protect the roof, after a week the raccoon left the attic and, our tech removed the one-way door and repaired shingles, then he installed wire mesh over all needed areas to prevent wildlife from damaging the house.
