A raccoon family with mobile babies were removed from an attic in Vaughan, ON

Our project addressed a client’s concern about a raccoon family nesting in their attic in Toronto. Upon inspection, our technician identified an entry hole through which the raccoons accessed the attic, realizing that the babies were mobile. To resolve the issue, the technician installed a one-way door over the entry hole, allowing the raccoon family to exit but preventing re-entry. Additionally, the damaged area was screened with wire mesh to deter further damage and future raccoon intrusion. This comprehensive approach ensured the safety of both the client’s property and the raccoons, resolving the issue effectively.
