A client was scared of a huge fluffy raccoon on his roof in Toronto and asked us to help him promptly. After inspection, our tech realized that the raccoon has an entry hole over the soffit, and he found many droppings in an attic. So he installed a one-way door over the hole that allows the raccoon to exit and prevent them from getting back in. After a day, the raccoon left an attic and our tech removed the exit door and repaired the soffit, he also installed screening over the soffit to prevent animals from damaging there.
